Douglas E. Peck, CEO, retires,
management reorganized

Douglas E. Peck has retired as Renosol Corporation's CEO, while remaining Chairman of the Board. Peck is one of three executives who founded Renosol Corporation in 1981, and has served as Renosol’s CEO since 2001.

Daniel Busch has been named CEO, replacing Peck. Busch joined Renosol in 2005 as its CFO, and continues overseeing Renosol's finances.

Chris L. McKenney, Senior Partner and President of Conlin, McKenney and Philbrick, PC, has joined Renosol's Board of Directors, having represented Renosol as legal counsel on numerous matters since its founding.

Continuing in their previous roles on the board of directors are Larry Adkisson, President, and Bethany Freeland, Marketing Manager and Corporate Secretary.
