Polyurethane is the material of choice for many industries: automotive, marine, consumer goods and medical to name a few. Polyurethane parts are durable, and resistant to heat and corrosion.

Our R&D, testing and quality labs perform flammability, durometer, IFD and other testing to ensure consistent conformity to your specifications.

And don't forget to ask about soy formulations! Renosol has up to 25% soy content formulations currently available.

Type of Foam

Applications

Flexible Great for upholstered seating applications. Provides cushioning and comfort.
Rigid (structural) Provides structural integrity in a variety of applications
Noise, Vibration and Harshness dampening NVH foam reduces road and engine noise in vehicle applications and provides a smooth, luxurious ride.
Integral Skin Often used in athletic equipment and office seating applications, integral skin foam is flexible on the inside and tough on the outside. Also used for door handles and grips, integral skin polyurethane is both resilient and can provide a luxurious look and feel.
Visco-elastic
'Slow Recovery' or 'Memory' Foam
You've seen it advertised as 'space age foam' on TV: it is used as a comfort layer on top of mattresses, pillows and wheelchairs to reduce pressure points.
Elastomeric/ Microcellular Polyether and Polyester Elastomeric/ microcellular polyether and polyester polyurethane is used for applications where parts need to retain their resiliency in a variety of conditions. This type of material is suitable for shoe soles, sporting goods (e.g., baseballs) and gaskets, for example.
